Yes. After curing, any water-based paint can be applied after 10-15 days. It is brown when applied and turns black after curing.

If the bucket is sealed airtight, leftover material can be preserved for up to 3 months. Wrapping the bucket in a polybag is the easiest way to keep it safe.
